 Psaki The oldest of three children, was born in Stamford in Connecticut to Eileen (nee Dolan), Medvey[8] and Dimitrios (Greek) R. Psaki. Dimitrios, a retired real-estate developer, was the grandfather of Eileen who emigrated from Greece in 1904. His grandmother was of Irish descent. The couple got married in the year 1976.
